My name is Cara Neri, and I'm your Branch 326 President!
I am starting this Blog so I can answer questions directly and assist you all from a far (if I am traveling for arbitrations or if I'm taking a much-needed beach vacation in the Bahamas...pink sand beaches are awesome)!
I'm going to open this forum up to any and all questions - I will have the Shop Stewards answer questions and I'll have guests come on and do segments if they would like to contribute.
I think technology should be used how it was intended- to communicate and get the information spread quickly to a lot of people.
Let's start with the following information:
1) When is our next branch meeting?
Our next branch meeting is Thursday, March 14, 2024 at 7PM. It is temporarily at 22 West Washington Street in Petersburg, VA 23803 (parking in back lot off street).
2) Where in the world is Cara Neri, our branch president?
I'm currently on leave and will return on 2/26/2024. However, this may change and I will keep the membership, as well as branch officers updated.
3) How do I file a grievance?
You contact your Shop Stewards Christine Blowe or Yentel Young via phone or email.
4) How do I send information to the branch?
You can send any information to NALCBRANCH326@GMAIL.COM or mail to NALC Branch 326, 22 W. Washington Street, Petersburg, VA 23803.
5) Who is Vada Preston and why did he chair our last branch meeting?
See last month's Branch 326 newsletter.
6) I'm from another branch. Can I email your branch for information?
Yes, you can always email us and we will direct you to where you have to go (or try to answer your questions to the best of our abilities)!
